What is the Keepsake Collection?

The Keepsake Collection is a modern heirloom designed to preserve the words, memories and moments that matter most.

Inide you'll find six guided letters, beautifully crafted envelopes, wax seals, a booklet, a gift note card and space to gather photographs and treasured mementos together.

Who is the Keepsake Collection for?

The Keepsake Collection was created for every relationship worth remembering.

Each guided prompt has been thoughtfully written to adapt naturally to the person you're writing to. Whether it's your partner, your mum, your grandfather, your closest friend or your bridesmaid.

What are the letter prompts?

Six guided letters, each exploring a different part of your story together. The prompts are there to guide you, while leaving the words entirely your own.

Are the cards blank or guided?

Guided. Each card includes a thoughtful prompt to help you find the words for what often goes unspoken.

Why handwritten letters?

The simple act of writing by hand encourages reflection, helping us process thoughts and emotions that are often rushed or left unspoken. It creates space to notice what we truly want to say.

Do you offer international shipping?

We're currently shipping within Australia only. International delivery is coming. To be the first to know, join our mailing list.

Can I send this directly as a gift?

Yes. Enter your recipient's address at checkout and we'll ship directly to them. Pricing details are never included.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

As each collection is made to be written in and kept, we're unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at orders@poeticromance.com and we'll make it right.

I don’t know what to write. Can you help?

That's exactly what the collection is for. Most people find that once they begin, the words follow naturally. The prompts act as a doorway, not a task.

Each letter card includes a guided prompt, and the booklet is there for when you need a little help starting.
