WHAT IS YOUR RERURN POLICY?
As each collection is designed to be written in and kept, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. We encourage you to read the full product description before purchasing, and reach out at hello@poeticromance.com if you have any questions before you order.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
If your order arrives damaged or something isn't quiet right, please contact us at orders@poeticromance.com within 7 days of delivery. Include you order number and a photo of the issue and we'll make it right for you.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND BEFORE IT SHIPS?
Orders can sometimes be cancelled before dispatch. Email us immediately at orders@poeticromance.com and we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee cancellation once processing has began.
