2. Orders & Payment

Placing an Order

When you place an order with Poetic Romance, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted and is being processed.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect an order already confirmed.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept the following payment methods:

•       Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

•       PayPal

•       Afterpay (where available)

All transactions are processed securely. Poetic Romance does not store your full card details.

Pre-orders

From time to time, we may offer products available for pre-order ahead of their release. By placing a pre-order, you agree to payment being taken at the time of the transaction. Your estimated dispatch timeframe will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within the next business day of confirmation. During busy periods (such as holidays or launch periods), dispatch may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

•       Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

•       Express shipping: 1–3 business days

These are estimates only. Poetic Romance is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, international postal services, or customs.

Shipping Costs

The Keepsake Collection includes free express shipping within Australia. 

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided where available. Tracking information is supplied by the carrier and is outside our control once the parcel has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Poetic Romance is not liable for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Re-delivery charges may apply.

 

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Commitment

We take great care in the quality of every Poetic Romance product. If something is not right, we want to hear from you.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us at orders@poeticromance.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products (including the inclusion of printed materials and sealed components), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy does not limit or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

All content on the Poetic Romance website and within our products — including but not limited to text, photography, design, product names, brand identity, letter prompts, and the Poetic Romance name — is the intellectual property of Poetic Romance and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.

You may view and share Poetic Romance content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that proper attribution is given. You may not:

•       Reproduce, distribute, or sell any of our content without written permission

•       Use our content for commercial purposes

•       Modify or create derivative works from our intellectual property

User-Generated Content

If you share images or feedback of our products on social media and tag Poetic Romance, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to share and credit that content across our own channels. We will always credit you.
